Since my photography skills (and my daughter’s modeling ability) are seriously lacking in quality compared to a professional’s, I opted to start outsourcing some of my photography work. For this project I worked with Melissa, the owner of See the Light of Day Photography and am absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out. I can’t wait to work with her again!
These adorable capri-overalls (or caprialls!) can be found listed on my Etsy shop here. They are made to order so you get to choose the size (available in sizes 6M, 9M, 12M, 18M, 24M, 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T & 6) and will ship asap!
Since my daughter is long past the diaper stage, I forget that Moms with small children want outfits with diaper covers. Oops!
So after sending a dress to a dear friend of mine for her baby girl, she asked me to make a diaper cover to coordinate. It was a cinch to whip up AND it’s super cute too.
3-6 month itty bitty baby bloomers!
I feel like the inventory of my store leans really heavily toward dresses right now so I’m working on other items to round it out a bit. Last night I started cutting out some really cute Henry Glass fabrics for capri-overalls.
Here’s a peak at the fabrics I’m using.
They’re not the greatest quality pictures — sorry for that. It’s the stock photos off of the Henry Glass fabrics website.
Keep an eye out for these fabrics to appear in my store! You can stay up to date with new listings by following my store’s site feed.
So the store is officially up and running. It feels really good to have things rolling, finally.
I found myself continuously checking my etsy account this morning hoping that there would be an email announcing a sale. (Which there was one this evening!) But I know that they will come, in time.
